• Manufacturing Defects: We cover defects such as delamination of the plate, letters becoming unstuck, and any issues with the materials used (acrylic, 3D Gel, 4D elements), alongside craftsmanship defects.
• Warranty Period: Our warranty is valid for one year (12 months) from the initial order placement date, covering manufacturing defects and craftsmanship issues across all styles.

Exclusions from Warranty:

• Installation Damage: Damage incurred during fitting, such as cracks to the acrylic or damage to the letters, is not covered.
• Wear and Tear: General wear and tear or damage from improper installation, use, alterations, modifications, or tampering by unauthorized personnel are excluded.
• Accidental Damage: Damage from accidents, neglect, misuse, or acts of nature is not covered under our warranty.
